Purchasing Credits

This guide walks you through adding credits to your LangMart account using any of our supported payment methods.

Quick Purchase

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Billing: Navigate to Settings > Billing in the dashboard
  2. Click Add Credits: Click the Add Credits button
  3. Enter Amount: Choose how many credits to purchase ($5 - $10,000)
  4. Select Payment Method: Choose from cards, wallets, or regional methods
  5. Complete Payment: Follow the payment flow for your chosen method
  6. Done!: Credits are added instantly upon successful payment

Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

The fastest way to add credits:

  1. Enter your card number
  2. Add expiration date and CVV
  3. Optionally save for future purchases
  4. Click Pay

Supported Cards:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Discover, UnionPay, JCB
  • Korean cards (South Korea)
  • Most international debit cards

Digital Wallets

One-tap payment on supported devices:

Apple Pay

  1. Click Apple Pay button
  2. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode
  3. Payment completes instantly

Google Pay

  1. Click Google Pay button
  2. Select your card
  3. Authenticate to complete
  1. Enter your email
  2. Receive a one-time code
  3. Confirm payment

Samsung Pay (South Korea)

  1. Click Samsung Pay button
  2. Authenticate on your Samsung device
  3. Payment completes instantly

QR Code & Mobile Payments

Pay by scanning with your mobile app:

  1. Select QR Payment method (Alipay, WeChat Pay, or PayNow)
  2. Scan the QR code displayed on screen with your app
  3. Confirm payment in your mobile app
  4. Credits added once payment confirms (usually instant)

After Purchase

Instant Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you'll see:

  • On-screen confirmation with new balance
  • Email receipt (if email notifications enabled)
  • Transaction record in your billing history

Where to See Your Balance

  • Top bar: Quick balance display (when logged in)
  • Settings > Billing: Detailed balance and history
  • Analytics: Usage breakdown by model

Saving Payment Methods

Save cards for faster future purchases:

  1. During checkout, check "Save for future use"
  2. Card is securely stored with Stripe (not LangMart)
  3. Future purchases: just click the saved card
  4. Remove anytime from Settings > Billing > Payment Methods

Transaction History

View all transactions in Settings > Billing > Transactions:

Type Purchase, usage, refund, adjustment

Balance Your balance after this transaction
Reference Transaction ID for support

Export Options

  • Download as CSV
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by transaction type

Invoices

Automatic Generation

Every purchase generates an invoice including:

  • Invoice number
  • Purchase date
  • Amount paid
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Tax breakdown (if applicable)

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices
  2. Click any invoice to view
  3. Download as PDF
  4. Email to yourself or accounting

Business Invoices

For business accounts:

  • Add company name and address
  • Include tax ID / VAT number
  • Get proper tax invoices
  • Bulk invoice download

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

Issue Solution
Insufficient funds Use a different card or add funds
Card blocked Contact your bank to authorize
Incorrect details Double-check card number, expiry, CVV
3D Secure failed Complete authentication in bank app

QR Code Expired

QR codes expire after 15 minutes. Simply:

  1. Cancel the current attempt
  2. Start a new purchase
  3. Scan the fresh QR code

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Unused credits: Refundable within 7 days
  • Partially used: Unused portion may be refunded
  • Fully used: Not refundable
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Requesting a Refund

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include your account email
  3. Include transaction ID
  4. Explain the refund reason

Security Tips

  • Never share payment screenshots with full details visible
  • Use saved cards instead of re-entering each time
  • Enable 2FA on your LangMart account
  • Monitor transactions regularly in your dashboard
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
